Since ZenonCard.store sells exclusively digital products (gift cards, gaming codes, and digital services), you don't have physical shipping or delivery delays. However, Shopify still requires a Shipping Policy page to explain your instant digital delivery system to customers and payment gateways.

Because our store specializes entirely in digital products, gift cards, gaming codes, and prepaid vouchers, we do not ship any physical packages to your home address. There are no shipping fees, no physical delivery delays, and no customs duties.

Please review how our instant digital delivery system works below:

1. Delivery Fees & Cost

  • Shipping Cost: Free ($0.00)

  • We do not charge handling, processing, or shipping fees for any digital codes purchased on our store.

2. Instant Digital Delivery Methods

Once your payment is successfully processed and confirmed by our secure gateway, your digital codes are dispatched instantly using automated systems. You will receive your product via:

  • On-Screen Display: The digital voucher code or activation link will immediately appear on your order confirmation page right after payment.

  • Email Delivery: A backup copy containing your digital code, instructions, and receipt will be sent automatically to the email address you provided at checkout.

  • SMS Delivery (If applicable): If you provided a phone number at checkout, a secure text message containing your order details may also be sent.

3. Processing Times & Delays

  • Standard Processing: 99% of our orders are processed and delivered instantly (within 1 to 5 minutes) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Verification Delays: In rare cases, if our fraud-prevention system flags an order as high-risk, a security review may be required. If your order falls under manual verification, delivery may be delayed by up to 12 hours while we verify your transaction details. We appreciate your patience during these security checks to keep our platform safe.

4. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

We automate our delivery directly to the customer's input data.

  • It is your strict responsibility to double-check that your Email Address and Phone Number are typed correctly during checkout.

  • ZenonCard.store is not responsible if a digital code is sent to an incorrect, misspelled, or inaccessible email address provided by the buyer. Delivered codes cannot be retracted or re-sent to a different address.

5. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

If you have completed your payment and have not received your digital code within 10 minutes, please:

  1. Refresh your email inbox.

  2. Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders, as automated transactional emails are occasionally filtered there.

  3. Ensure your inbox storage is not full.
